Knoxville will soon have a brand new fixture in it's downtown/old city area, a grocery store. I haven't lived in Knoxville in quite a while, but I do keep strong ties there and visit often. A friend and colleague is enter into yet another new endeavor as a grocer. All of the details have yet to be ironed out, but it is setting up to be a cool spot, sort of a Fresh Market meets Long Branch. I'll let you draw your on conclusions until you get to see for yourself.
